Quality
We consider the quality to be the most important value of our product and we approach it accordingly. Maintaining quality control over the whole complex range of production and business activity is guaranteed by the current quality control system according to EN ISO 9001. This was introduced in our company in 1999, and is audited both internally and externally every year, and re-certified every three years.
Upon request we can issue for each webbing the following documents:
Technical data sheet
Contains the material composition and values of basic webbing parameters that we guarantee.
Test certificate
Contains the measured values of breaking strength (N) and elongation (%) concerning a certain delivery
Quality control
The quality of webbings is given mainly by the quality of the input materials. That is why we pay a great attention to the selection of the right suppliers. We prefer the suppliers, that are able to guarantee the stable quality of deliveries by test certificates.
For production we use needle looms from world-known Swiss company Jakob Műller only.
The quality control begins by the control of each material delivery, it continues throughout the whole production process. The final control is done by putting the webbings on rolls, bobbins, etc.
We test the breaking strength of webbings on our certified testing machine.
Product development
Each year we make new webbing types and new designs of our own. In case you haven´t found a suitable webbing in our range or if you would like to have your own design we are ready to make it for you.
To give you an idea, we can produce webbings:
Procedure of developing a new webbing
Step 1
You tell us as precisely as possible how the webbing should look like - we need to know especially which parameters are important for you (e.g. breaking strength, material type), the purpose of use, estimated order quantity after making a sample. We need to know the height and the length of the design and the space between 2 repetitions. Take, please, into account that minimal order quantity for production (after the sample is ready) is standardly 3.000 m (exceptionally after agreement we can make 1.000 m, but for a higher price).
Step 2
We let you know if we can make the required webbing (design), estimated price, estimated delivery time and we make a design preview in a special programme (for a complicated design).
Step 3
If you agree you send us your binding order for making a sample. The minimum quantity of a sample is about 50 m but we can make more upon request. We confirm your order for sampling and let you know when the sample is ready. You will get the technical parameters of the sample with the sample, where are preliminary data. Technical data sheet can be issued after the first real production.
Step 4
You get and test the sample and then you can send us your order for the first production.
Natural materials
Cotton
Popular especially for its natural look and feel.
Jute
Requested for its natural look, but it has low tenacity and elongation.
Rubber
We weave it into non-elastic webbings for its anti-slip effect. It is very useful in webbings for e.g. leashes.
Synthetic materials
Polypropylene
High tenacity, resistant to water, wide range of colours with a high colour stability (spun-dyed yarn), low specific weight (floats on water).
Polyamide
High tenacity, abrasion-resistant, wide range of colours with a high colour stability (spun-dyed yarn), good cross tenacity after heat treatment.
Polyester
High tenacity, good thermostability, resistant to acids, alkalis and photodegradation, excellent abrasive resistance, good cross tenacity after heat treatment.
Dyneema®
High-strength polyethylene, resistant to acids and alkalis and most chemicals, low elongation, low density, low melting point.
Acryl
Nice feel, very good absorbency and adhesion.
Technora®
Para-aramid, high tenacity and resistance to heat and chemicals, low elongation, little resistance to UV radiation.
Reflective tape
Woven into webbings to increase safety of people (webbings for shoes, clothing, bags, rucksacks, ...) and animals (pet products).
Twaron®, Kevlar®, Nomex®, Vectran®
We can offer other special materials upon request. The material selection depends on the intended purpose, on the requested webbing parameters and on the economical aspects.

Polyester
High tenacity polyester we buy in raw white, black, neon yellow, neon orange, pink and neon green. Other colours are available upon order. Fine polyester (for trimmings) we let dye on many colours.

We use mainly raw white and black yarn. We can let it dye to another colours upon order (khaki, brown, red, blue, yellow, …).
Jute
Webbings treatments
We offer you a wide range of webbings treatments including some special treatments:
- fixation with hot air – improves the look and feel of the webbings and their abrasion-resistance;
- stiffening – increases especially the cross stiffness of the webbing (used for belts);
- flame-retardant treatment (especially for polyester webbings);
- another treatments according to customers´ requirements (e.g. water-repellent, antibacterial, antistatic, ...).
Packaging of webbings
Webbings can be supplied as follows:
- in rolls (usually 50 m or 100 m),
- on carton bobbins (narrow webbings, usually 120 - 900 m),
- freely laid in paper bags or cartons (narrow webbings, usually 400 – 1.000 m),
- else according to customer´s needs.
Packaging units may contain cut-offs and marked defects. The maximum number of cut-offs and marked defects in one packaging unit is given in our company norm.
Cutting of webbings and sewing of finished products
We offer cutting of webbings from synthetic materials to the requested length incl. sealed ends.
We are also able to sew simple finished products from webbings (e.g. webbing + plastic or metal buckle).
